Frequently Asked Questions
What is the on-boarding process?
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will schedule a site visit to conduct our initial ocular inspection to determine the number of guards needed to properly secure your facility. We will email a proposal for your review and approval. We will wait for your signed Notice of Award so we can start the on-boarding process which includes contract signing, a comprehensive security survey, meetings between client managers and our operations team to discuss expectations and turnover procedures, pooling and screening of guards, on-site shadowing of existing security personnel, and conducting the official turnover from the outgoing security agency.
What is the turnaround time for posting of new guards?
We usually deploy the guards within 30-45 working days after receiving your signed contract or Notice of Award. This may take shorter or longer, depending on the number of guards and the posting locations.
What background checks and training do your guards undergo?
All our security personnel undergo the complete set of required trainings and certifications from government accredited training schools. These include: pre-licensing training course (PLTC), License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) or for officers, Basic Security Supervisory Course (BSSC), both from the Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA), passing the general knowledge exam, firearms proficiency certificate, National Police Clearance, as well as a neuropsychiatric and drug test clearance. These are done annually to every 3-5 years as needed.
We verify all licenses and tests to ensure they are accurate and done by reputable and accredited institutions.
